Sexual abuse is unfortunately very common in our world today.
Approximately 1 in every 4 women has been sexually abused.
And those numbers are not different within the Church.
While it’s clear that a woman who has been sexually abused has significant struggles to deal with, we sometimes forget about her husband.
There is a large burden placed on the husband to try to support his wife through this trial.
It also makes sexual activity very difficult.
Fortunately, it is possible to create a great marriage and sex life in spite of sexual abuse.
